Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS. Signature is required for delivery. Most items ship in 3-5 business days and then require 3-7 days in transit via standard USPS. For your convenience, you may Contact Us whenever you feel it necessary to obtain your order's confirmation number. If after 10 business days from placing your order you still have not received your order, please contact us and we will promptly research the issue for you. Some items may be shipped separately to insure proper packaging and to minimize the chance for damage during shipping. JewelFetish ships to all 50 United States only. We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or military APO boxes. JewelFetish and the USPS are not responsible for weather related delays in delivery of your order. We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses. Please make sure your shipping address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay shipping and receipt of your order. You will be charged a fee to correct the address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing). During the Holiday time period, please consider expedited shipping options to insure that your package arrives in time.

Returns & Exchanges
Here at JewelFetish, we want you, OUR CUSTOMER, to be happy. Therefore, JewelFetish stands behind all of our products. If you encounter a problem with any item you purchase from us it can be returned to us for repair/replacement. Listed below are some guidelines we'd like you to follow to aid in this process.
Non-Defective Merchandise
All non-defective merchandise is guaranteed for a period of 30 days from receipt. We will gladly accept all non-defective returns for a store credit. Refunds will not get given if item(s) returned cannot be resold. We do not refund shipping and handling charges or reimburse for the cost of returning the item to us. Delivered returns received without prior contact and a Returned Merchandise Authorization are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Defective Merchandise
All defective merchandise, or merchandise damaged during shipping, must be called or emailed in to us immediately, not to exceed 5 days from receipt of your order. If you receive the wrong item due to our error, you will receive a full refund including any shipping charges. We will only credit the credit card used for the original purchase or you can receive credit towards another purchase.

We accept the following credit cards only: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. When making a purchase, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly to avoid any problems. If you are uncomfortable paying for your order via credit card online, please call us and we will be glad to take your payment information over the phone. Personal Checks and money orders are not accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

- All sales are FINAL. There will be NO cash or credit/debit refunds.
- Only items with manufacturer defects may be returned with pre-authorization and a copy of the original receipt.
- All repairs/replacements must be sent to us within 14 days of purchase date.
- All items that are handmade with Swarovski Crystals are not returnable.
- Returned items will not be accepted if not in the original packaging.
- Items that have been displayed, offered for sale, or marked in any way are not returnable.
- Please contact customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping items back to JewelFetish. All items must be shipped to us via regular USPS mail or any “signature required” shipping method. We will not be responsible for any items shipped by untraceable methods.
